Client Overview
The Presbyterian Health Foundation (PHF) Research Park is a 500,000 s.f. biomedical research facility combining state-of-the-art technology and the aesthetics of a campus atmosphere. Working in cooperation with many federal, state and local agencies, this park is a collaborative alliance including both governmental agencies and institutions of higher learning. In close proximity is the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, the University of Oklahoma School of Medicine, the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation, and several bio-medical related institutions.
Summary
In July 2002, PHF approached Nexus with the desire to institute a digital signage program throughout the park. The two key objectives were to create a sense of community by allowing tenants to announce their achievements and to present a memorable “high tech” experience for the Park’s many outside visitors (other scientists, companies, legislators, investors, etc.). PHF wanted the digital signs to enhance and pay tribute to the fundamental mission of the Park – making the Research Park a world-class facility for health research and commercialization.
